Earlier this week, Jenny Levison announced plans for a Souper Jenny pop-up inside Brookhaven's Nuts & Berries. Now Levison is further expanding her empire, this time to Westside. A new, permanent Souper Jenny is set to open in the former Urban pl8 space at 1082 Huff Road on January 6.
"I've been looking at this location for a long time," Levison said in a release. "I love the energy on the West Side. I think it's a perfect match for the Souper Jenny concept."
Levison will be the opening chef at the new outpost, and the the menu will feature her soups, salads, and sandwiches, as well as juices from her Juicy Jenny juice bar and restaurant.
As for the pop-up in Brookhaven, the menu will include Levison's soups, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, and fresh juices from Juicy Jenny. The plan is to open Tuesday, November 18, for eight weeks, with potential for extension.
Souper Jenny Westside will be open Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Souper Jenny pop-up in Brookhaven will be open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
