Tutto Kitchen & Bar, an Italian-American restaurant from the group behind Peachtree Diner and The Diner at North Point, is planning to open for business in Roswell this Friday. Tony Itzie, who has cooked at Horseradish Grill and Sage Woodfire Tavern, among others, will lead the kitchen, according to Atlanta Magazine.
"I was born in New Jersey to a close-knit Italian family living in an Italian neighborhood. Every holiday was all about the food," Itzie told Atlanta. "Now I finally have the opportunity to cook some of my favorite dishes."
The lunch menu features a long list of classic Italian-American appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, and pasta, plus sandwiches such as a caprese and a sausage-and-pepper panino. The dinner offerings are also expansive, and entrees include braised beef short ribs, pan-seared rainbow trout, and braised Colorado lamb shank.
Located at 942 Alpharetta Street, Tutto will be open daily for lunch and dinner.
