Le Bilboquet, the upscale French bistro based out of New York City, is on track to open for dinner Thursday in Buckhead Atlanta. Local Francophiles will be pleased to see the authentic menu.
Among the offerings — yes, they're translated to English — are Cajun chicken served with pomme frites and green salad, crab-and-guacamole salad, steak au poivre, salmon tartare, and chocolate mousse. Executive chef Julien Jouhannaud, who has worked under the Michelin star-awarded Alain Ducasse , will oversee the restaurant's culinary direction, and chef de cuisine Jean Louis Sangare, who has been with Le Bilboquet for 15 years, will run the kitchen.
It's the fifth Le Bilboquet to open worldwide. The restaurant will begin lunch service on Monday, December 1, and brunch will be available starting Sunday, December 7. See the full dinner and dessert menus below.
