Twisted Soul Kitchen + Bar Opens December 3; Here's the Menu

Twisted Soul Kitchen + Bar, the forthcoming restaurant from Deborah VanTrece, will open in the former MARBAR space on December 3. It's VanTrece's first restaurant since Edible Art closed in 2002.

The menu is distinctly Southern, featuring soul food staples such as fried chicken, pan-seared snapper, and fried green tomatoes. But, VanTrece puts her own spin on a few dishes as well, offering mussels steamed in moonshine, cocoa-crusted rack of lamb, and a Brasstown Beef meatloaf burger. The beverage menu will include Southern-inspired cocktails, wine, and seasonal local beers.
