MIDTOWN — Local chef/restaurateur Ron Eyester will demonstrate Italian cooking at the Scenes from an Italian Restaurant Simple Abundance Class. On November 10 at The Cook's Warehouse in Ansley Mall, Eyester will prepare Rhode Island-style calamari, Timone's meatballs, baked ziti, and zeppole, among other dishes.
