Made Kitchen & Cocktails, a new restaurant from Pure Taqueria's Chris Sedgwick, opens in Alpharetta this Wednesday. Executive chef Tim Agee will run the kitchen.
The menu, serving tapas and Spanish-inspired cuisine, is broken down into three parts: Rush, Stay, and Linger. The first section includes small plates meant for diners who are in a hurry, and the second section features larger plates such as parrilla-grilled meats and fish, served as entrees. Linger offers "diners the choice to work their way through the menu at a pace that's unhurried and ideal for an adult night on the town," according to a Facebook post.
Look for dishes such as paella, goat cheese-stuffed piquillo peppers, grilled rib eye steak, grilled sardines, and porchetta. The bar will offer a large selection of Spanish and Italian wines, craft cocktails, and beer.
Sedgwick plans to open Made for dinner daily at 5 p.m. through Christmas Eve, and lunch service will begin after Christmas. The restaurant is located at 45 Roswell Street.
