AVONDALE ESTATES — An advisory from the Avondale Estates Police Department says a suspect has stealing tip jars from local businesses, according to Decaturish. "In each incident, the suspect has been described as a black female wearing a camouflage jacket/shirt. One location further described the subject as being approximately 5'6 in height and about 110 pounds, with short black hair that has a red tint. Also in both cases, the suspect was last seen being driven away by a black male in a small Honda, possibly an Accord, green to greenish-blue in color." Anyone with information should call (404) 291-4526. [Decaturish]
