On Tuesday, January 13 at 7 p.m., Southbound will host a collaborative beer dinner with award-winning Green Flash Brewing Co., featuring six courses created by a few local standouts. In the kitchen will be Southbound executive chef Ryan Smith, Staplehouse's Ryan Smith (no relation), Josh Hopkins of Empire State South, Jarrett Stieber of pop-up restaurant Eat Me Speak Me, and Eric Ottensmeyer of Leon's Full Service.
The dinner is $70 per person and will take place in the upstairs private dining room. Reservations can be made online.
Green Flash was founded in California in 2002 and is based in San Diego. Southbound, from co-owners Mike Plummer and Dennis Lange, opened in June, taking up residence in a former Masonic lodge in Chamblee.
