The Castellucci Hospitality Group's latest concept, Cooks & Soldiers, is now open in the Elan Westside apartment building. Former Iberian Pig chef de cuisine Landon Thompson is running the kitchen, serving dishes from the Basque region of Spain and France.
The menu features pintxos, tapas-like sharable plates, as well as larger portions, or raciones. With a wood-fire grill in the kitchen, dishes such as whole grilled fish and chuleton, a large grilled ribsteak, star. The bar program offers French and Spanish wines, Basque ciders, craft beer, and classic cocktails.
Cooks & Soldiers is open for dinner daily: Sunday through Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Thursday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to midnight. The bar will stay open until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
It's the fourth concept for the restaurant group. Castellucci also operates The Iberian Pig in Decatur, Sugo in Johns Creek, and Double Zero Napoletana in Sandy Springs. Take a look inside Cooks & Soldiers via the gallery above.
