EVENT PLANNING— There's a massive dinner happening next Sunday, February 23, at Octopus Bar. Chef Ryan Smith of Staplehouse and, formerly, Empire State South will join Octopus Bar's Angus Brown, Nhan Le, and Duane Kulers for an eight-course, cocktail-paired meal starting at 10 p.m. The $150 event also starts with a cocktail hour with raw bar. BEER HERE— SweetWater celebrates its golden birthday this month: The Atlanta brewery turns 17 on Monday, February 17.
