Anticipated Buckhead restaurant and bar Big Sky will open for lunch this Wednesday, February 19. Longtime favorite chef Hector Santiago will bring back the well-loved coconut buns from his past ventures Super Pan and Pura Vida and will round out the menu with rice and bean bowls, salads, "far east guacamole" made with wasabi and pickled ginger, sriracha wings, a Big Sky burger, and more as part of a "dining and nightlife experience that offers fast and affordable options."
Lunch is counter service and will be offered from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. There's also Sunday brunch and a sit-down dinner service that starts officially on Monday, February 24. This Saturday, though, guests can head in before 2 a.m. for the grand opening party, during which the full food and bar menus will be available.
The restaurant was founded by Cains Hill Group's Adam Berlin and Juan Calle. 3201 Cains Hill Place NW.
