Justin Amick will soon leave his role as wine director/GM of Midtown spot The Spence to focus on his forthcoming "upscale boutique bowling and entertainment venue." In Miami Circle, The Painted Pin is set to open in April with The Spence's Trip Sandifer creating the cocktail list and Thomas Collins, formerly of Parish, working on the menu of pizzas and upscale pub fare.
