Check Out Hugh Acheson's New Pickle Cookbooklet

Over at Eater National, a first look at Top Chef judge and Georgia restaurateur Hugh Acheson's new cookbooklet. Called Pick a Pickle, the booklet is out March 25 and contains "a short and sweet collection of 50 pickled (and otherwise fermented) recipes."
