Look for Kevin Ouzts's duck prosciutto and bresaola on daily trips to Europe as part of the new BusinessElite menu local chef Linton Hopkins has "curated" for in-flight meals. Ouzts will also open a full-service restaurant in Krog Street Market later this year. [TST]
