CHEF SHUFFLES— STK has a new chef, Matt Rainey, formerly of Buckhead Life Restaurant Group's Lobster Bar Sea Grille in Ft. Lauderdale. With him comes new menu items like grilled spanish octopus, burrata salad, and a "bag o' donuts." [EaterWire]
