Due to the effects of last week's insane snow storm, Buckhead restaurant Vine & Tap plans to have its grand opening this Monday. If the liquor license remains unsigned, the restaurant will open on February 10 as a BYOB establishment. The full menu will be available, including Maryland-born owner Ian Mendolsohn's off-menu crab cake (only 20 will be available per day, on a first-come, first-served basis).
