Kevin Rathbun sent an early Valentine to the Atlanta BeltLine today. The chef/owner of four restaurants in the city says his risk to locate Kevin Rathbun Steak near the abandoned rail corridor seven years ago is paying off: "The pedestrian traffic has been so great, we renovated the patio that faces the BeltLine to attract more customers." Rathbun predicts that the still nascent BeltLine will continue to bring economic boon to area businesses, adding that it "will change the city and bring economic, social and public health benefits for generations to come." —Tucker Berta [AJC, behind paywall]
