The long-awaited rooftop patio at the Poncey-Highlands location of Flip Burger is less than a week from opening. In the works even before the space transitioned from "haute dog concept" HD1 to the fourth outpost of Richard Blais's burger boutique, the rooftop is set to open within the week. Head upstairs to the roof and take a look at the view from the top.
