The list of tenants entering highly anticipated development Krog Street Market keeps growing. Joining already announced offerings like chef Asha Gomez's Spice Road Chicken and a second Atlanta location of Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams are two new concepts: a still unnamed fishmonger from the team behind Off the Dock Seafood and Craft Izakaya, a Japanese fusion spot. Slated to open as early as late July, with individual construction times varying, consider these two new options confirmed for the Inman Park market.
Craft Izakaya, from the team behind Sushi Huku in Marietta, is a "modern play on a typical Izakaya" featuring sushi and Japanese fusion. Also on offer will be beer, craft cocktails, and a selection of saki. The izakaya will be located between Top Chef alum Eli Kirshtein's The Luminary and Spotted Trotter offshoot The Cockentrice.
The as-of-yet unnamed fishmonger's shop from seafood purveyor Off the Dock Seafood will offer a variety of fresh fish and seafood to patrons from a stall inside the market. The station will also feature a "grab n' go" option, as well as a sit down counter for in-market dining. Details on the concept's name and chef are forthcoming.
