New Virginia Highland 'Coffee and Clothing Gallery' Henry & June to Open This Summer

New, 5 comments

Henry & June, a new "coffee and clothing gallery," will open soon on the same Virginia-Highland stretch of North Highland Avenue as Belly General Store and Bill Hallman. The shop will offer espresso drinks and coffee sourced from Nashville-based CREMA and United States micro-roasters in a program headed up by "bean curator" Dan Mueller, previously of Octane Coffee and Aurora Coffee. Signage is now up at Henry & June, which will offer a boutique-type retail component in addition to the coffee. From the website:

Our vision is all about specialty and convergence, with our coffee product as the conduit for structuring an inviting community with a gallery feel. We believe that the folks who will love our clothes will be the very same that will love the casual but trendy feel of the café, and the high quality of the drinks themselves. This will be a place to shut off the laptop, enjoy an espresso the rest the shop has to offer. We're about making Atlanta more interesting and better, to contribute our small part into our alternative end of what makes Atlanta a world-class city.
The brick and mortar plans to start serving this summer. 784 North Highland Avenue.
