A new tapas restaurant will open in Midtown Promenade. Tapa Tapa, from the group behind restaurants like nearby Apres Diem and Cabbagetown's Carroll Street Cafe, and will offer small plates as well as beer and wine. It replaces long-shuttered Royal Orchid. [TNT]
