Giovanni Di Palma's Bar Amalfi Now Open in Home Park

Bar Amalfi, the newest jewel in the crown that is Giovanni Di Palma's Italian empire, billed as "Little Italia," is now open after over a year of anticipation on Hemphill Avenue. Across from Antico, the outdoor bar serves Cipriani bellinis, Amalfi limoncello, and dishes like caprese salad, bruschetta, and wood-grilled prawns.

Bar Amalfi joins Antico Pizza, Gio's Chicken Amalfitano, Caffe Gio, and retail shop Bottega Luisa. It's open Tuesday through Thursday from 6 p.m. onward and Friday and Saturday starting at noon, weather permitting.
