After leading the charge at Atlanta tapas restaurant Sweet Devil Moon between 2001 and 2007, Paul Vinces will now manage Calle Latina in downtown Decatur. He hopes to utilize his upbringing in Peru as inspiration for new dinner dishes such as ceviche and lomo soltado. [DMetro]
