The Eater Young Guns Class of 2014

The Eater Young Guns Class of 2014 is official, as 16 young chefs, sommeliers, restaurateurs, and hospitality professionals have been honored among the best in North America. While neither Atlanta-based semifinalist — Holeman & Finch bar manager Sara Justice or Eat Me, Speak Me chef Jarrett Stieber — was inducted, two Southeast nominees made the cut: Camila Ramos, retail manager/barista at Panther Coffee in Miami, and Leighanne Smith, head butcher at Cochon in New Orleans.
