True Food Kitchen Opens at Lenox Square Mall

The first Atlanta location for Phoenix-based chain True Food Kitchen is now open at Lenox Square Mall. Based on Dr. Andrew Weil's anti-inflammatory diet, the menu offers a variety of vegan, vegetarian, organic, gluten-free, and paleo options. Seasonal ingredients are used in different regional dishes that don't require added butter, salts, or fats. Chef Stephan Manning helms the kitchen with produce from local farms, and the menu will rotate to reflect Mediterranean, Asian, and American influences.

The full bar serves organic wines and cocktails made with fresh ingredients and natural flavorings. Non-alcoholic beverages, including juice, herb, and vegetable blends, will be available, as well.

The restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. from 9 p.m. Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
