Chef/restaurateur Ford Fry opened JCT Kitchen back in 2007, and the angry mussels have been an anchor on the menu ever since. Today, Fry has five area restaurants under his belt with three more— and one in Houston— on the way, but this dish still remains one of his empire's most iconic. Here, now, Eater takes a look at executive chef EJ Hodgkinson preparing the popular appetizer.
