Waffle House board chairman Joe Rogers Jr. is suing three Georgia attorneys and their firms for extortion. Rogers claims the trio helped his former housekeeper, Mye Brindle, record sexual encounters between the two and tried to extort him by threatening to release the tapes. Brindle initially sued Rogers for sexual battery in 2012 before he countersued. [ABC]
