MAX's Wine Dive, the Texas-based chain with seven other locations around the country, opens its first Atlanta franchise today at 4 p.m. in the 12th & Midtown mixed-use development. The restaurant offers locally sourced, seasonal menus and, as one might imagine, an extensive wine list. Jon McAloon is on board as general manager, and Jason Hall, formerly of Saltyard and Livingston Restaurant + Bar, is running the kitchen.
MAX's is open seven days a week, Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to midnight, Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Brunch is served Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from open to 3 p.m.
