Stella Dillard of Holeman & Finch, Kevin Ouzts of The Spotted Trotter, and Rusty Bowers of Pine Street Market are raising funds to create a chapter of The Butcher's Guild on the East Coast. To support the Guild's desires to update meat processing facilities and educate the public, 10 percent of all profits made at The Spotter Trotter or Pine Street Market today will go towards the Barnraiser, and donations can be made online until July 11 at 7:55 p.m. ET.
