Attack of the Killer Tomato Fest; Brewery Tours

WESTSIDE — In case you missed it, JCT. Kitchen & Bar will host the sixth annual Attack of the Killer Tomato Festival this Sunday, July 20, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Goat Farm. More than 50 of the South's top chefs and more than 30 farmers are creating tomato concoctions to benefit Georgia Organics and The Giving Kitchen. Tickets are $70, and will jump to $85 at the door. BEER HERE — Southern Beer Tours organized a tour of Red Brick, SweetWater, and Blue Tarp breweries for this Saturday, July 19, between 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Attendees will tour all three breweries, sample beers at each, and enjoy bus and MARTA transportation. Tickets are $65. [EaterWire]
