Last week, chef Joey Zelinka announced his upcoming pop-up, Junk Food, which will take place at the Sound Table over four weeks in late-July and August. Now, it's time to take a look at the menu.
Appetizers include chicken confit, brioche and cheddar, and poached shrimp. For entrees, diners can munch on pork belly and tenderloin, chicken roulade, and whole fried snapper. And dessert will feature doughnuts and a cupcake. It all starts at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30. Find the full menu below.
