The Pig & the Pearl is the upcoming Atlantic Station venture from the folks behind the Shed at Glenwood. We've long heard that the restaurant would bring together two great concepts, the raw bar and barbecue, but only in seeing the official menu would we believe it. Well, now we believe it.
Depending on mood, diners can go in any number of directions for a meal. Looking for smoked meats? Chef Todd Richards has you covered. Pulled pork, ribs, and brisket will be available, along with chicken, duck, turkey. But eaters can nosh on smoked salmon, trout, and catfish, too. The other side of the menu features shellfish, crudo, and sashimi, along with fish salads and spreads. Cold starters like kale salad, chicken liver pate, and smoked deviled eggs can be paired with hot options like buffalo pork skins, smoked wings, and Brunswick stew pot pie.
