Paleo-centric Westside spot Urban Pl8 shut down over the weekend after a "kitchen catastrophe." The restaurant began turning away customers in the middle of brunch service Sunday, and the entire kitchen staff was reportedly fired. Normally closed on Monday and Tuesday, there's no word yet on whether Urban Pl8 will reopen Wednesday. [TNT]
