The team behind The Spotted Trotter is still raising funds for its upcoming Krog Street Market ventures, The Cockentrice and a second Spotted Trotter. The Kickstarter campaign has hit the home stretch, and so far more than $60,000 of the $93,200 goal has been secured. To celebrate passing the 60 percent plateau, Kevin and Megan Ouzts have released The Cockentrice's logo, designed by Neighborhood Vinyl.
Part pig, part poultry, the logo certainly fits for a couple with a butcher shop background.
