The team behind Highland Bakery is opening a new Virginia-Highland concept, Coffee and Pastry. The project will take the place of Aurora Coffee, which still has a Little Five Points location, at 992 North Highland Ave. and is scheduled for a late-summer/early-fall opening. The Aurora space had been rumored to be the future home of Athens-based coffee shop Jittery Joe's. [WNA]
