Atlanta has plenty of destinations to satisfy barbecue cravings, but ask many residents, and they'll tell you their favorite spot is Heirloom Market. Husband-and-wife team Cody Taylor and Jiyeon Lee combine their Southern American and Korean backgrounds to form a barbecue fusion unlike any other in town. The menu features staples such as pulled pork, chicken, and brisket along with traditional sauces, but the Korean-style sauce and special sides like kimchi cole slaw and crispy tofu offer a savory change-up.
