Craft Izakaya, sister restaurant to Sushi Huku, opens in Krog Street Market this Tuesday, August 19. It's the second restaurant to open at the high-profile development, following Eli Kirshtein's French-American brasserie The Luminary.

Headed by executive chef Jey Oh, the food will focus on elevated sushi offerings with developed presentations. Oh is joined by bar manager Nate Shuman, who left Proof & Provision to start the beverage program for the new KSM project. Check out the full menu here, and if the food and drinks aren't enough, stop by the cotton candy machine on the way out.
