After a rash of less-than-stellar health inspection scores, a few Decatur restaurants are questioning the process. Brick Store Pub, Cakes & Ale, and Pallookaville Fine Foods all recently received scores of 79 or worse, and the prevailing thought is that "there's a disconnect between what they're looking for that could cause food borne illness or problems and what actually does."
