The menu, from executive chef Jey Oh, features a long list of sushi, yakitori, and other grilled items. Nate Shuman, formerly of Proof & Provision, is running the bar, and the beverage list includes several sakes, shochu, wine, craft beer, and an array of cocktails. It's the second Krog Street Market restaurant that has come to fruition, following The Luminary. Hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to midnight.
