It appears that the forthcoming Cook-Out on Northside Drive is going through some issues with the City of Atlanta. The new outpost of the North Carolina fast food chain began the construction process last October, but having already filed for several permits, building has not yet begun. Cook-Out was originally scheduled to open in late Summer, and the most recent targeted date was September 12. Looks like fans of the grilled burgers and Cheerwine floats will have to wait quite a while longer. [TNT]
