Victory Luau Will Feature a Local All-Star Team

Victory Sandwich Bar is hosting its fourth-annual luau on Sunday, and a few local favorites will provide the food and drink. Kevin Ouzts of The Spotted Trotter and forthcoming Krog Street Market restaurant The Cockentrice will be in the kitchen, and tiki bar drinks will come from journeyman bartender Greg Best, Kimball House's Miles Macquarrie, Paper Plane's Paul Calvert, and Gui Jaroschy of Broken Shaker in Miami. Creature Comforts will provide the beer on draft.

No word yet on a set menu, but with Ouzts in charge, expect plenty of meaty goodness. The event runs from 6 p.m. to late-night. Don't forget your appetite, because it's all-you-can-eat.
