Rejoice, Top Chef fans: A new season of the hit cooking competition show begins this Wednesday at 10 p.m. Top Chef Duels will feature standout alums from previous seasons battling head to head. Included among the contestants are Gunshow's Kevin Gillespie, Richard Blais of FLIP Burger and The Spence, and Art Smith of Southern Art and Bourbon Bar.
