Rathbun's 10th Anniversary; Sugo Prix-Fixe Special

JOHN'S CREEKSugo is offering two prix-fixe menus for parents and children to celebrate the return to school. Adults can enjoy a three-course menu for $23, including appetizers and entrees such as watermelon salad and chicken involtini. Children can choose from the two-course menu with options such as cheese raviolo and wagyu burgers for $10 each. Both menus offer a choice of dessert between cannoli and chocolate-covered gelato. SANDY SPRINGS — Atlanta-based nonprofit Go Eat Give will present Destination Nigeria at Nations Cafe on Thursday, August 14, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The evening will serve to showcase the culture of Nigeria, with a keynote from Nigerian Ambassador Geoffrey I. Teneilable, and Omoh T. Ojjor, the executive director of the Onima Institute and editor-in-chief of the Journal of African Traditions and Development.
