Orpheus Brewing will release its second year-round beer, Lyric Ale, on Friday. The new brew is a hoppy saison with 6.5 percent ABV, and will serve alongside Atalanta as one of the breweries flagship beers. "It's a harmonic balance of fruit and spice, and dry enough not to overwhelm, but strong enough in flavor to stand up to most foods," said founder/brewmaster Jason Pellett. "It pairs really well, especially with cheese, barbecue, and fruit desserts." [EaterWire]
