Soon-to-open Old Fourth Ward restaurant Last Word Food & Cocktails has added a co-chef and bar manager to its roster. Matt Palmerlee, who is a partner in Athens's The Branded Butcher, will work in the kitchen alongside chef Eddie Russell. Brian Stanger, formerly of Abattoir, Top Flr, and Woodfire Grill, is in charge of the cocktail program. Last Word is taking over the former P'cheen space in the Highland Walk apartment building.
