BUCKHEAD — Celebrated New York burger chain Shake Shack opens to the public Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. To celebrate, the restaurant will have a green ribbon cutting at 10:30 a.m., followed by words from CEO Randy Garutti and a "first bite" with Garutti, former Atlanta Mayor and president of Buckhead Coalition Sam Massel, and general manager of Buckhead Atlanta Michael Diamantides.
