Shake Shack Is NOW OPEN in Buckhead Atlanta

Shack fans in Atlanta can finally feast on burgers, flat-top dogs, and frozen custard shakes.

Shake Shack, the longtime favorite New York burger concept that has seen rapid expansion in recent years, is officially open to the public in the Buckhead Atlanta mixed-use development. It's the first outpost for the restaurant in the state of Georgia.

Shake Shack comes from New York City restaurateur Danny Meyer and Union Square Hospitality Group. The first restaurant opened in Madison Square Park in 2004, serving its now-famous burgers, flat-top hot dogs, frozen custard, craft beer, wine, and more.

A few Atlanta-specific menu items include the Pecan Pie Oh My (vanilla frozen custard blended with a slice of pecan pie from H&F Bread Co.), Campfire S'mores (chocolate frozen custard blended with marshmallow sauce, graham crackers, and dark chocolate chunks from Cacao Atlanta Chocolate Co.), and the Peachtree (a caramel-peach milkshake).

Shake Shack is located at 3035 Peachtree Road NE, Suite A146. Hours for the restaurant are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. See the full menu and photo gallery below.
