Giovanni Di Palma, the man behind Westside's "Little Italia," is opening a reservation-only restaurant called Ventisette on September 27. The concept will be housed in two private rooms inside Di Palma's Bottega Luisa, and will offer food from his other restaurants and a few unique items of its own.
