CITYWIDE — Tin Lizzy's Cantina is now accepting submissions for its sixth-annual taco contest. From January 19 through February 27, customers can visit any Tin Lizzy's location and submit their creations online. By scanning the QR code on a Tin Lizzy's server's nametag, participants will be directed to the entry page. On Saturday, February 28, Tin Lizzy's will select four finalists to showcase on the menu each week in March. Whichever taco sells the most will be declared victorious. The winner will be announced on Saturday, April 4, at a Tin Lizzy's fiesta at the Perimeter location. The grand prize winner receives $500 cash and may see his or her taco featured on the next Tin Lizzy's menu. For more information, visit the restaurant's website. [EaterWire]
