ATLANTIC STATION — For one night only, chef Todd Richards and his father, Willis, are serving their take on red beans and rice at The Pig & The Pearl. Plates will be available for $6 on Monday, January 19, and a plate of burnt ends can be added for an additional $6. [EaterWire]
